Chief Minister Sri A Revanth Reddy ordered the officials to constitute Indiramma Committees by this Dussehra festival. The officials have been asked to finalize the modalities for the formation of village/ward, mandal/town, constituency and district level committees within a day or two. The Chief Minister emphasized that Indiramma’s houses should be given to all.
CM Revanth Reddy held a review on the construction of Indiramma Houses at the State Secretariat on Wednesday. The CM pointed out that the Telangana state is lagging behind in getting sanctions for the houses under Prime Minister Awas Yojana when the other states succeeded in getting lakhs of houses from the centre. The CM instructed the officials to take all steps to get the sanction of huge number of houses this year and also seek all the pending dues under the PMAY from the centre. The officials are asked to furnish all the information to the centre immediately and also update the data regarding the Indiramma houses from time to time. The CM also instructed the officials to appoint engineers to outsource if the housing wing faces a shortage of manpower after the start of the construction of houses in large numbers.
CM Revanth Reddy suggested to the officials to auction the unsold apartments and houses under the Rajiv Swagruha scheme. The Chief Minister observed that it is not good for pending the sale of houses for years and hence the preparations should be made for auction immediately.
The Chief Minister enquired the officials about the delay in handing over the double bedroom houses to the beneficiaries even after sanction. The CM directed the officials to provide basic facilities in the constructed blocks that are lying idle in Hyderabad and hand them over to the beneficiaries. State Housing Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Chief Minister’s Advisor Vem Narender Reddy, Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari, Chief Minister’s Principal Secretary V. Seshadri, Chief Minister’s Secretary Chandrasekhar Reddy, Housing Department Secretary Jyoti Buddha Prakash are present in the meeting, Telangana Housing Development corporation MD V.P Gautam and other officials also participated.

ద‌స‌రా పండుగ నాటికి ఇందిర‌మ్మ క‌మిటీలు ఏర్పాటు చేయాల‌ని ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఆదేశించారు. గ్రామ/ వార్డు, మండ‌ల/ ప‌ట్ట‌ణ, నియోజ‌క‌వ‌ర్గ, జిల్లా స్థాయి క‌మిటీల ఏర్పాటుకు విధివిధినాలు ఒక‌ట్రెండు రోజుల్లో రూపొందించాల‌ని ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి సూచించారు. అర్హుల‌కు ఇందిర‌మ్మ ఇళ్లు ద‌క్కాల‌ని ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి అన్నారు. ఇందిర‌మ్మ ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణంపై రాష్ట్ర స‌చివాల‌యంలో ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి బుధ‌వారం స‌మీక్ష నిర్వ‌హించారు. ప్ర‌ధాన‌మంత్రి ఆవాస్ యోజ‌న నుంచి ఇత‌ర రాష్ట్రాలు ల‌క్ష‌ల సంఖ్య‌లో గృహాలు మంజూరు చేయించుకుంటే ఈ విష‌యంలో తెలంగాణ వెనుక‌బ‌డి ఉంద‌ని, ఈ ద‌ఫా కేంద్రం మంజూరు చేసే గృహాల్లో గ‌రిష్ట సంఖ్య‌లో రాష్ట్రానికి ఇళ్లు సాధించేందుకు చ‌ర్య‌లు తీసుకోవాల‌ని ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అధికారుల‌ను ఆదేశించారు. పీఎంఏవై కింద రాష్ట్రానికి రావ‌ల్సిన బ‌కాయిలు రాబ‌ట్టాల‌ని సీఎం సూచించారు. కేంద్ర ప్ర‌భుత్వానికి ఇవ్వాల్సిన స‌మాచారం వెంట‌నే ఇవ్వాల‌ని, ఇందిర‌మ్మ ఇళ్ల విష‌యంలో డాటాను ఎప్ప‌టిక‌ప్పుడు అప్‌డేట్ చేయాల‌ని సీఎం అన్నారు. పెద్ద సంఖ్య‌లో ఇందిర‌మ్మ ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణం ప్రారంభిస్తే ఇంజినీరింగ్ సిబ్బంది స‌మ‌స్య ఎదుర‌య్యే ప‌రిస్థితి ఉంటుంద‌ని అధికారులు తెల‌ప‌గా… అవ‌స‌ర‌మైతే ఔట్‌సోర్సింగ్ ప‌ద్ధ‌తిన నియామ‌కాలు చేప‌ట్టాల‌ని ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి అన్నారు.
