Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A Revanth Reddy asked the officials to formulate modalities to implement the farm loan waiver scheme. The Chief Minister held a review on loan waiver and other issues regarding Agriculture with top officials of the State Agriculture and Cooperation Department today ( Monday). The CM ordered the officials to prepare plans to implement the farm loan waiver as part of fulfilling the promise made during the Assembly elections. The officials have been asked to prepare the list of the farmers who took loans up to Rs 2 lakhs. CM Revanth Reddy said that the details of the farmers should be collected from the bankers and identify the eligible ones only.
The CM suggested to the officials to take precautions to avoid any problems regarding the cut-off date. The details of the farmers who have taken crop loans from PACS ( Primary Agriculture Cooperative Societies) should be made available before the implementation of the loan waiver scheme. The officials are also advised to prepare the estimation of required funds along with complete details of the farmers to waive the loans up to Rs 2 lakhs. The Chief Minister directed the officials to come up with a clear plan and formulate the procedures regarding the implementation of loan waiver. The Chief Minister instructed the officials that the crop loan should be waived off by August 15 this year . Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageshwar Rao, Adviser to the Chief Minister Vem Narender Reddy, Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari and other top officials participated in the review meeting.

రుణమాఫీకి సంబంధించి విధివిధానాలు రూపొందించాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అధికారులకు సూచించారు. పంట రుణమాఫీ, ఇతర అంశాలపై వ్యవసాయ, సహకార శాఖ అధికారులతో ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి సోమవారం సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. ఎన్నికల సమయంలో ఇచ్చిన హామీ మేరకు రైతు రుణమాఫీ అమలు చేసేందుకు ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేయాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. రూ.2లక్షల వరకు రుణాలు ఉన్న రైతుల జాబితాను సిద్ధం చేయాలన్నారు. పూర్తి స్థాయిలో బ్యాంకర్ల నుంచి రైతుల వివరాలు సేకరించి అర్హులను గుర్తించాలని తెలిపారు. కటాఫ్ డేట్ విషయంలో సమస్యలు తలెత్తకుండా జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలని సీఎం అధికారులకు సూచించారు. కేవలం బ్యాంకుల నుంచే కాకుండా, పీఏసీఎస్ నుంచి పంట రుణాలు తీసుకున్న రైతుల వివరాలను అందుబాటులో ఉండేలా చూడాలని తెలిపారు. రూ.2లక్షల రైతు రుణమాఫీ చేసేందుకు పూర్తి స్థాయి వివరాలతో పాటు అవసరమైన అంచనా వ్యయాన్ని రూపొందించాలని అధికారులకు సూచించారు. రుణమాఫీకి సంబంధించి విధివిధానాలను రూపొందించి స్పష్టమైన ప్రణాళికతో ముందుకు రావాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లో ఆగస్టు 15లోగా పంట రుణమాఫీ చేసి తీరాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి అధికారులకు తేల్చి చెప్పారు. ఈ సమీక్షా సమావేశంలో ఉపముఖ్యమంత్రి మల్లు భట్టి విక్రమార్క, మంత్రి తుమ్మల నాగేశ్వర్ రావు, ముఖ్యమంత్రి సలహాదారు వేం నరేందర్ రెడ్డి, ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి శాంతి కుమారి, సంబంధిత శాఖా అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
