Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy expressed happiness for conferring India’s highest civilian award of Bharat Ratna on former Prime Minister Sri PV. Narasimha Rao by the Union Government.
CM Sri Revanth Reddy said that PV is a distinguished person who introduced economic reforms and moved the country on the path of development. “We welcome the announcement of the Bharat Ratna award to Sri PV Narasimha Rao. Though long delayed, it is a proud moment that PV is honoured with India’s highest civilian award”, the CM said and extended best wishes to PV’s family members on behalf of him, the Assembly and Telangana people. It is a proud moment for all.
