Chief Minister Sri A Revanth Reddy ordered the officials to prepare an action plan for issuing new ration cards. The authorities have been asked to receive applications for new ration cards from October 2.
The Chief Minister held a review on the procedures to be adopted to issue ration cards. Ministers- N Uttam Kumar Reddy, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and Damodara Rajanarasimha made some suggestions and gave instructions to the officials on ration cards. The CM and ministers discussed the issuing of digital ration cards to all the needy and decided to hold another review on this issue soon.
State Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari, Chief Minister Principal Secretary V. Seshadri, Chief Minister Secretaries Chandrasekhar Reddy, Sangeeta Satyanarayana, Manik Raj, State Finance Special Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao, Secretary to Agriculture department Raghunandan Rao, Principal Secretary Civil Transport Department D.S. Chauhan and others are present.

రేష‌న్ కార్డులు జారీకి ప‌టిష్ట కార్యాచ‌ర‌ణ ప్ర‌ణాళిక రూపొందించాల‌ని ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఆదేశించారు. నూత‌న రేష‌న్ కార్డుల కోసం అక్టోబ‌రు రెండో తేదీ నుంచి ద‌ర‌ఖాస్తుల‌ను స్వీక‌రించాల‌ని సీఎం సూచించారు. రేష‌న్ కార్డుల జారీకి సంబంధించిన విధివిధానాల‌పై ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి నేతృత్వంలో రాష్ట్ర స‌చివాల‌యంలో గురువారం స‌మీక్ష నిర్వ‌హించారు.
ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా రేష‌న్ కార్డుల జారీకి సంబంధించి మంత్రులు ఉత్త‌మ్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి, పొంగులేటి శ్రీ‌నివాస్ రెడ్డి, దామోద‌ర రాజ‌న‌ర‌సింహ అధికారుల‌కు ప‌లు సూచ‌న‌లు చేశారు. అర్హులంద‌రికీ డిజిట‌ల్ రేష‌న్ కార్డులు ఇచ్చేదానిపై క‌స‌ర‌త్తు చేశారు. ఈ అంశంపై త్వ‌ర‌లోనే మ‌రోసారి స‌మీక్ష నిర్వ‌హించాల‌ని నిర్ణ‌యించారు.
