- CM Sri Revanth Reddy seeks centre’s help for RRR
Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy announced the State Government’s full cooperation for the construction of national highways and is ready to remove the hurdles, if any, to develop the national highway network in the state. The National Highways Authority of India (NHA) officials held a meeting with CM Revanth Reddy at his residence on Tuesday. State Roads and Buildings Minister Sri Komati Reddy Venkat Reddy, NHAI Project Member Sri Anil Chaudhary, R&B Special Secretary Smt. Dasari Harichandana, CMO Secretary Sri Shahnawaz Qasim and others participated in the meeting.
The officials explained to the Chief Minister various problems including land acquisition in the construction of roads which are being taken by the NHAI in the state. The CM responded positively to address the issues and called a high-level meeting at the Secretariat on Wednesday. Collectors of the districts where the national highways are being constructed and the officials of the Forest department will also participate in the meeting to resolve the problems raised by the NHAI.
Start Hyderabad – Manneguda road works:
CM Revanth Reddy asked the NHAI officials to start the Hyderabad-Manneguda road works immediately and solve the issues by holding talks with the contract agency. The Highway authorities are also advised to start the widening of the Hyderabad-Vijayawada national highway works and move forward in coordination with the Andhra Pradesh government. The CM brought to the attention of the officials the efforts put by the Andhra Pradesh government to sanction the green field highway project between Hyderabad and Vijayawada. CM Revanth Reddy asked the NHAI officials to extend cooperation in the construction of the Regional Ring Road ( RRR) which has been taken ambitiously by the state government.
The CM also told the officials that his government already appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to include the RRR project under the centrally sponsored Bharat Mala Scheme. 12 radial roads will be constructed between Outer Ring Road (ORR) and Regional Ring Road. Many clusters and satellite townships will be established between ORR and RRR.
The CM also suggested to the NHAI officials to take up a high-speed expressway to connect the Bandar port (Machilipatnam) and the proposed Dry port in the state which does not have a coastal area. The chief minister appealed to the NHAI to start the works of the Hyderabad-Kalwakurthy national highway which helps to reduce the distance between Hyderabad and Tirupati by 70 km. The new highway will provide convenience to the people who travel from Maharashtra, Karnataka and Hyderabad. The Chief Minister directed CMO Secretary Shahnawaz Qasim to report to him every week on the construction of roads in the state.

తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో జాతీయ రహదారుల నిర్మాణానికి త‌మ పూర్తి స‌హ‌కారం ఉంటుంద‌ని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి తెలిపారు. రహదారుల నిర్మాణానికి ఏవైనా ఆటంకాలు ఉంటే వాటిని తొల‌గిస్తామ‌ని స్ప‌ష్టం చేశారు. భార‌త జాతీయ రహదారుల ప్రాధికార సంస్థ (ఎన్‌హెచ్ఏ) ఉన్న‌తాధికారులు ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి తో ఆయ‌న నివాసంలో మంగ‌ళ‌వారం స‌మావేశ‌మ‌య్యారు. స‌మావేశంలో రాష్ట్ర రోడ్లు భవనాల శాఖ మంత్రి శ్రీ కోమటిరెడ్డి వెంకట్ రెడ్డి , ఎన్ హెచ్ఏఐ ప్రాజెక్ట్స్ మెంబర్ శ్రీ అనిల్ చౌదరి, ఆర్ అండ్ బీ స్పెషల్ సెక్రటరీ శ్రీమతి దాసరి హరిచందన , సీఎం కార్యదర్శి శ్రీ షానవాజ్ ఖాసిం త‌దిత‌రులు పాల్గొన్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలో ఎన్‌హెచ్ ఏఐ చేపడుతున్న రహదారుల నిర్మాణంలో భూ సేక‌ర‌ణ‌తో పాటు తలెత్తున్న పలు ఇబ్బందుల‌ను అధికారులు ముఖ్యమంత్రికి వివరించారు. స్పందించిన ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆయా సమస్యల ప‌రిష్కారానికి బుధ‌వారం స‌చివాల‌యంలో ఉన్నతస్థాయి సమావేశం నిర్వహిస్తామని తెలిపారు. ర‌హ‌దారులు నిర్మాణం జ‌రిగే జిల్లాల కలెక్టర్లు, అటవీ శాఖ అధికారులు భేటీలో పాల్గొంటార‌ని, ఆయా స‌మ‌స్య‌ల‌పై చ‌ర్చించి అక్క‌డే సమస్యలను ప‌రిష్క‌రించుకుందామ‌ని ఎన్‌హెచ్ఏఐ అధికారులకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి సూచించారు.

హైదరాబాద్, మన్నెగూడ రహదారి పనులను వెంటనే ప్రారంభించాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా ఎన్‌హెచ్ఏఐ అధికారులకు సూచించారు. కాంట్రాక్టు సంస్థ తో మాట్లాడి సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించాలన్నారు. హైదరాబాద్ -విజయవాడ జాతీయ రహదారి విస్తరణ పనులు వెంటనే మొదలు పెట్టాలని వారికి సూచించారు. ఈ విష‌యంలో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వంతో సమన్వయం చేసుకొని ముందుకు వెళ్లాలన్నారు. హైదరాబాద్-విజయవాడ మధ్య గ్రీన్ ఫీల్డ్ హైవే మంజూరు కోసం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ చేస్తున్న ప్రయత్నాలను ముఖ్యమంత్రి అధికారుల దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లారు. తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా తీసుకున్న రీజినల్ రింగ్ రోడ్ నిర్మాణానికి సహకరించాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎన్ హెచ్ ఏఐ అధికారులను కోరారు. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం చేపట్టిన భారత్ మాల పథకంలో ఆర్ఆర్ఆర్ ను చేపట్టాలని ప్రధానమంత్రి మోదీకి ఇటీవల విజ్ఞప్తి చేసిన విషయాన్ని వారికి గుర్తు చేశారు. ఔటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్, రీజనల్ రింగ్ రోడ్ మధ్యలో 12 రేడియల్ రోడ్లు వస్తాయని సీఎం తెలిపారు. వాటి మధ్య పలు క్లస్టర్లు, శాటిలైట్ టౌన్ షిప్ లు ఏర్పాటు చేయ‌నున్న‌ట్లు తెలిపారు. తెలంగాణకు తీర ప్రాంతం లేనందున డ్రై పోర్ట్ ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్నామ‌ని, ఇందుకోసం బందర్ పోర్టును అనుసంధానించేలా హై స్పీడ్ ఎక్స్ ప్రెస్ వే నిర్మాణం చేపట్టాలని అధికారులకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి సూచించారు. హైదరాబాద్ -కల్వకుర్తి జాతీయ రహదారి పనులు మొదలు పెట్టాలన్నారు. వ్యూహాత్మకంగా కీలకమైన ఈ రహదారితో తిరుపతికి 70 కిలోమీటర్ల దూరం తగ్గుతుందని సీఎం వివరించారు. మహారాష్ట్ర, కర్ణాటక తో పాటు హైదరాబాద్ నుంచి తిరుపతికి వెళ్లే వారికి సౌకర్యంగా ఉంటుందన్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలో రహదారుల నిర్మాణం పైన ప్రతి వారం తనకు నివేదిక ఇవ్వాలని సీఎంవో కార్యదర్శి షానవాజ్ ఖాసీం ను ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆదేశించారు.
