Chief Minister Sri A Revanth Reddy laid the foundation stone for the Advanced Technology Centre (ATC) at ITI, Mallepally in Hyderabad on Tuesday.
CM Revanth Reddy’s Speech Points:
- The unemployment issue played an important role in the achievement of a separate Telangana state. My government’s aim is to provide job opportunities to the unemployed youth.
- Government owned ITIs have become unproductive in the state. Skill development training in the ITIs are not serving the main purpose of providing employment opportunities to the students. Outdated skill development programs introduced 40 to 50 years ago are still being used for training in ITIs.
- Students and the unemployed community are considered as my family members. Developed the concept of upgrading the ITIs as Advanced Training Centres. We are not considering as the rulers and people are slaves. We are the people’s servants.
- 40 lakh young men and women are visiting the Recruitment Boards for jobs. Possessing education certificates alone are not enough. Technical skills are a must to get jobs. My strong belief is technical skills will provide more job opportunities. Certificates alone will not increase living standards.
- Under the new technical skills development program, 65 ITIs will be upgraded as ATCs at the cost of Rs 2324 crores. TATA company joined hands with State Government to develop the ATCs.
- Extending gratitude to the Tata management for coming forward to offer skill development training to the students.
- Telugu people are already competing with the world in the IT sector. Our responsibility is to provide training and jobs to the students from middle class and lower class families.
- 65 ITIs will be promoted as highly advanced training institutes. The training institutes will impart skills and empower the unemployed.
- Girl students should also join ITIs to undergo skill development training. I am holding the portfolio of employment generation. I will monitor closely and review the performance of the ATCs every month.

- తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర సాధనలో నిరుద్యోగ సమస్య అత్యంత కీలక పాత్ర పోషించింది, నిరుద్యోగులకు ఉపాధి, ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలు కల్పించడమే మా ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యం.
- రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రభుత్వ ఐటీఐ లు నిరుపయోగం మారాయి, ఐటీఐ ల్లో నేర్పించే నైపుణ్యాలు విద్యార్థులకు ఉపయోగం లేకుండా పోయాయి.
- 40, 50 ఏళ్ల కిందటి నైపుణ్యాలను ఐటీఐ ల్లో నేర్పిస్తున్నారు..
- విద్యార్థులు, నిరుద్యోగులను నా కుటుంబ సభ్యులుగా భావిస్తున్నాను. నా ఆలోచనల నుంచి వచ్చిందే ఏటీసీ సెంటర్స్..
- మేం పాలకులు, మీరు బానిసలు అన్న ఆలోచన మాకు లేదు.. మేం సేవకులం …
- 40 లక్షల మంది యువతీ యువకులు ఉపాధి లేక రిక్రూట్మెంట్ బోర్డుల చుట్టూ తిరుగుతున్నారు…
- సర్టిఫికెట్ ఉంటే సరిపోదు సాంకేతిక నైపుణ్యం ఉండాలి. సాంకేతిక నైపుణ్యం ఉంటేనే ఉపాధి లభిస్తుందని నేను నమ్ముతున్న.
- కేవలం సర్టిఫికెట్స్ జీవన ప్రమాణాలను పెంచవు..
- దుబాయ్ లాంటి దేశాలకు వలసలు వెళ్లకుండా ప్రభుత్వం ఉపాధి గ్యారెంటీ ఇస్తుంది…
- టాటా సంస్థ సహకారం తో సాంకేతిక నైపుణ్యాల కోసం 2324 కోట్లతో 65 ఐటీఐల ఐటీసీ లు గా మారుస్తున్నాం..
- విద్యార్థుల శిక్షణ కోసం ముందుకు వచ్చిన టాటా యాజమాన్యానికి ధన్యవాదాలు తెలుపుతున్నాను..
- ఐటీ రంగంలో ప్రపంచంతో మన తెలుగు వారు పోటీ పడుతున్నారు..
- మధ్య తరగతి, దిగువ తరగతి కుటుంబాల నుంచి వచ్చే విద్యార్థులకు శిక్షణ ఇప్పించి ఉపాధి కల్పించడమే మా బాధ్యత..
- రాష్ట్రం లోని 65 ఐటీఐ లను అత్యంత అధునాతనంగా తీర్చిదిద్దుతాం…
- నైపుణ్యాలను నేర్పించడం ద్వారా నిరుద్యోగులకు భరోసా కల్పిస్తాం…
- విద్యార్థిని విద్యార్థులు ఐటీఐ ల్లో చేరాలి…
