Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy announced that Farmers Commission and Education Commission will be constituted in the state soon. The Chief Minister said that the Education Commission will formulate policies to strengthen the education system. The farmers commission will make recommendations to the welfare of farmers and tenant farmers and also address their grievances in the agriculture sector.
CM Sri Revanth Reddy held an interaction with the representatives of various social organizations and civil society at the Secretariat on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that the government has taken up a slew of welfare programmes from the day it assumed power in the state. Within hours after the formation of the new government, the Dharna Chowk was opened at Indira Park and Praja Bhavan doors were also opened for people to address their grievances. Since the Government is committed to fulfill all the promises made during the elections, a huge number of applications have been received from people in the Praja Palana. The government also released White Papers on the state Economy, Irrigation and Power sectors. Four of the Six Guarantees have already been implemented to benefit the needy. Some more measures will be taken for the welfare of the farming community and the unemployed youth. MLC Sri Mahesh Goud, Sri Yogendra Yadav, Professor Kodandaram, Professor Haragopal, Professor Vishweshwar Rao, Ms. Rama Melkote, Professor Riaz, Professor Purushotam, Sri Gade Inaiah and other representatives are among those who met the CM.
CM Sri Revanth Reddy said that the government will hold an all party meeting to discuss the welfare and protection of the rights of the tenant farmers. The CM and representatives shared the idea of bringing a new law for the protection of the tenant farmers rights. The Chief Minister opined that wide range discussion should be held on extending the Rythu Bharosa benefit. The government’s main objective is to extend the benefit to the helpless and if required the real beneficiaries should be provided more assistance. The CM announced that the crop insurance scheme will be fully implemented. The Chief Minister emphasized the adoption of crop rotation schemes in the state and farmers should adopt new methods to cultivate all crops.
CM Sri Revanth Reddy said that the government is preparing plans to strengthen the schools and colleges in the state. SC, ST, BC and Minority Gurukuls will be set up in one integrated campus in a sprawling 25 acres. The first integrated campus will be established in Kodangal on a pilot project and open such institutions in all the constituencies in a phased manner. The objective of the establishment of integrated campuses is to eliminate caste and religious discrimination. The new education facility will provide an opportunity to the students to excel in their studies, display their talent and increase the spirit of competition among them. The CM wanted the management, supervision and administration of Gurukuls to be done more effectively.
The government is also committed to providing jobs to the unemployed. The CM reminded that the hurdles created by the previous government had been removed and the jobs had been already filled. Group-I and Mega DSC notifications have already been released. On the lines of UPSC, The Telangana State Public Service Commission will take up the recruitment process in a transparent manner.

త్వరలోనే రాష్ట్రంలో రైతు కమిషన్, ఎడ్యుకేషన్ కమిషన్ ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్నట్లు ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ ఏ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ప్రకటించారు. మన విద్యా విధానం ఎలా ఉండాలో ఎడ్యుకేషన్ కమిషన్ నిర్ణయిస్తుందని అన్నారు. రైతులు, కౌలు రైతుల సాధక బాధకాలు, వాళ్ల సంక్షేమం, వ్యవసాయ రంగంలో సంస్కరణలకు సంబంధించి రైతు కమిషన్ తగిన సలహాలు సూచనలు అందిస్తుందని అన్నారు. శుక్రవారం సచివాలయంలో వివిధ సామాజిక సంస్థలు, పౌర సమాజ ప్రతినిధులతో ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఇష్టాగోష్టి ముచ్చటించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి మాట్లాడుతూ, అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన రోజు నుంచే ప్రభుత్వం ప్రజాహిత కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టిందని అన్నారు. ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన వెంటనే ఇందిరా పార్కు వద్ద ధర్నా చౌక్ ను తెరిచామని, ప్రజా భవన్ ను ప్రజలు తమ సమస్యలు చెప్పుకునేందుకు అనువుగా అందుబాటులోకి తెచ్చిందని చెప్పారు. ఇచ్చిన మాట ప్రకారం సంక్షేమ పథకాల అమలుకు ప్రభుత్వం కట్టుబడి ఉందని అన్నారు. అందుకే ప్రజాపాలన కార్యక్రమంలో సంక్షేమ పథకాలకు దరఖాస్తులను స్వీకరించామని అన్నారు. రాష్ట్ర ఆర్ధిక పరిస్థితి, విద్యుత్ పరిస్థితి, సాగునీటి రంగం పరిస్థితి పై పూర్తి వివరాలతో అసెంబ్లీలో శ్వేతపత్రం విడుదల చేశామని చెప్పారు. మహిళలు, నిరుపేద కుటుంబాలకు లబ్ధి చేకూర్చేలా ఇప్పటికే నాలుగు గ్యారంటీలను అమలు చేశామని అన్నారు. రైతులు, నిరుద్యోగులకు మేలు చేసేందుకు మరిన్ని చర్యలు చేపడుతామన్నారు. ఎమ్మెల్సీ శ్రీ మహేష్ గౌడ్, శ్రీ యోగేంద్ర యాదవ్, ప్రొఫెసర్ కోదండరాం, ప్రొఫెసర్ హరగోపాల్, ప్రొఫెసర్ విశ్వేశ్వర్ రావు, శ్రీమతి రమ మేల్కొటే, ప్రొఫెసర్ రియాజ్, ప్రొఫెసర్ పురుషోత్తం, శ్రీ గాదె ఇన్నయ్య, తదితర ప్రతినిధులు సీఎంను కలిసిన వారిలో ఉన్నారు.
కౌలు రైతుల రక్షణకు సంబంధించి అఖిలపక్ష సమావేశం నిర్వహిస్తామని చెప్పారు. అందరి సూచనలు, సలహాలు ఆధారంగా కౌలు రైతుల రక్షణకు చట్టం తీసుకురావాలనే ఆలోచనలను పంచుకున్నారు. రైతు భరోసా అనేది రైతులకు పంటలకు పెట్టుబడి సాయంగా అందించేదని, రైతు భరోసా ఎవరికి ఇవ్వాలనే దానిపై విస్తృత చర్చ జరగాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. నిస్సహాయులకు, నిజమైన లబ్ధిదారులకు అవసరమైతే చెప్పిన దానికంటే ఎక్కువ సాయం చేయాలనేది ప్రభుత్వ ఆలోచనగా ఉందని చెప్పారు. పంటల బీమా పథకాన్ని పకడ్బందీగా అమలు చేస్తామని సీఎం ప్రకటించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో పంట మార్పిడి పథకాలకు ఎక్కువ ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వాల్సిన అవసరముందని, అన్ని పంటలు విస్తరించేలా రైతులు సరికొత్త విధానాలను అనుసరించాలని అన్నారు.
రాష్ట్రంలో పాఠశాలలు, విద్యాలయాలను మెరుగు పరిచేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేస్తుందని అన్నారు. ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, బీసీ మైనారిటీ గురుకులాలను వేర్వేరు చోట్ల కాకుండా, దాదాపు 25 ఎకరాల్లో ఒకే ఇంటిగ్రేటేడ్ క్యాంపస్ లో ఏర్పాటు చేస్తామని చెప్పారు. పైలట్ ప్రాజెక్టుగా ముందుగా కొడంగల్ లో ఇంటిగ్రేటేడ్ క్యాంపస్ నెలకొల్పుతామని అన్నారు. దశల వారీగా అన్ని నియోజకవర్గాలకు విస్తరిస్తామని అన్నారు. దీంతో కుల, మత వివక్ష తొలిగిపోతుందని అన్నారు. విద్యార్థుల ప్రతిభా పాఠవాలతో పాటు పోటీ తత్వం పెరుగుతుందని అన్నారు. గురుకులాల నిర్వహణ, పర్యవేక్షణ, అజమాయిషీ మరింత సమర్థంగా జరుగుతుందని సీఎం అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు.
నిరుద్యోగులకు ఉద్యోగాలు కల్పించేందుకు తమ ప్రభుత్వం నిబద్ధతతో పని చేస్తుందని అన్నారు. గత ప్రభుత్వంలో ఉన్న చిక్కుముడులు తొలగించి ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీ చేసినట్లు సీఎం గుర్తు చేశారు. గ్రూప్ 1, మెగా డీఎస్సీ నోటిఫికేషన్లు విడుదలయ్యాయని చెప్పారు. యూపీఎస్సీ తరహాలో టీఎస్పీఎఎస్సీ ద్వారా నియామకాలు చేపడతామన్నారు.
