Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy said that the State Government will unveil a ‘Mega Master policy’ aiming to achieve industrial growth in the entire Telangana State by 2050. The Chief Minister held a meeting with the representatives of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) at the Secretariat on Saturday. The CM said that the formula adopted for industrial development in Telangana region from 1994 to 2004 was different and the industrial policy embraced between 2004 and 2014 is at another level. The government will strive to reach industrial growth at the highest level in the coming days.
CM Revanth said the government will pursue a new friendly policy to invite investments for the establishment of the industries. The CM clarified there is no place for misconceptions and apprehensions with regard to industrial development. The Chief Minister assured that every Rupee invested by industrialists in Telangana will be safeguarded and also enhance the value of the investment. The CM made it clear that the Congress government will adopt a new policy and dispel doubts that the Congress government focused only on the welfare of rural people and village development.
The Chief Minister hoped that industrial development should not be confined to Hyderabad alone. All regions of Telangana shall grow like Hyderabad. CM Revanth Reddy said the government’s main objective is to expand industrial development to rural Telangana. The CM said that the prosperity and welfare of villages and rural areas is also closely linked with the fast pace development and investments in the cities and towns. The Chief Minister appealed to the enthusiasts and industrialists to extend cooperation in implementing friendly policy so that all sectors can develop industrially.
As part of this policy, the CM said that Telangana will be divided into three clusters. An Urban Cluster will be developed within the Hyderabad Outer Ring Road (ORR), Semi Urban Cluster between the ORR and the Regional Ring Road (RRR) and Rural cluster will be developed in the surrounding area after the Regional Ring Road. These clusters will help to encourage the establishment of industries.
The CM said that the government has a clear vision regarding promotion of the pharma industry. Pharma Villages will be developed instead of Pharma Cities. There are 14 radial roads on ORR, which have connectivity of 12 national highways. A pharma village of around 1,000 to 3,000 acres will be developed close to these radial roads and highways. The government will prepare plans to develop these industries with required infrastructure and amenities like schools, hospitals in a pollution free environment.
CM Revanth Reddy said that food processing, sports, automobile and organic clusters along with IT, Pharma and Health industries will be established in Zaheerabad. The CM said Hyderabad has enormous potential for manufacturing and production of Defence equipment and Navy sector and investors should focus on it. A new solar power policy will be introduced which extends incentives to the investors in the Solar Energy sector.
CM Revanth Reddy opined the elections, politics and the development are separate. The CM said that his government’s main goal is transparent development with a vision. The Chief Minister suggested to stop spreading misconceptions that the Congress government does not support industries. He will be available for 24 hours a day in the office or camp office and invited entrepreneurs and investors to hold meetings with him to make productive decisions. The CM appealed to the investors not to come to an opinion or take any decision in haste without discussing with the government officials or him.
The Chief minister said that about 35 lakh unemployed people are estimated in the state and the government does not consider them as a burden like the previous government. CM Revanth said all of them are considered as good human resources to participate in the industrial development. Skill Universities will be established to teach skills to the youth. The Skill Universities will help the educated unemployed youth to undergo skill development training and get the jobs anywhere in the competitive world.

2050 నాటికి తెలంగాణ అంతటా పారిశ్రామిక వృద్ధి జరగాలనే భవిష్యత్తు లక్ష్యంతో మెగా మాస్టర్ పాలసీ రూపకల్పన చేస్తామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అన్నారు. శనివారం సెక్రెటేరియట్లో భారత పారిశ్రామిక సమాఖ్య (సీఐఐ) ప్రతినిధులతో ఆయన సమావేశమయ్యారు. తెలంగాణ ప్రాంతంలో 1994 నుంచి 2004 వరకు పరిశ్రమల అభివృద్ధికి అనుసరించిన ఫార్ములా ఒక తీరుగా ఉంటే.. 2004 నుంచి 2014 వరకు అది మరో మెట్టుకు చేరుకుందని తెలిపారు. రాబోయే రోజుల్లో ఇది అత్యున్నత వృద్ధి దశకు(నెక్స్ట్ లెవల్ డెవెలప్ మెంట్) చేరుకోవాలనే లక్ష్యంతో ప్రభుత్వం పని చేస్తుందన్నారు.
పరిశ్రమల అభివృద్ధికి.. పెట్టుబడులను ఆహ్వానించేందుకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం సరికొత్త ఫ్రెండీ పాలసీని అనుసరిస్తుందన్నారు సీఎం. పారిశ్రామిక అభివృద్ధి విషయంలో అపోహలు, అనుమానాలకు తావు లేదని అన్నారు. పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలు తెలంగాణలో పెట్టే ప్రతి పైసా పెట్టుబడికి రక్షణ కల్పిస్తామని, అంతకంతకు విలువ కూడా ఉంటుందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి భరోసా ఇచ్చారు. కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం గ్రామీణ ప్రజల సంక్షేమం, గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల ప్రయోజనాలకే పెద్దపీట వేస్తుందనే ఆలోచనలకు భిన్నంగా కొత్త పాలసీని తమ ప్రభుత్వం అనుసరిస్తుందని స్పష్టం చేశారు. హైదరాబాద్ ఒక్కచోటే పారిశ్రామిక అభివృద్ధి కేంద్రీకృతం కాకుండా.. తెలంగాణలోని అన్ని ప్రాంతాలు హైదరాబాద్ తరహాలోనే అభివృద్ధి చెందాలనే ఆకాంక్షను వ్యక్తపరిచారు. గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాలకు పరిశ్రమలు విస్తరించాలనేది తమ లక్ష్యమని అన్నారు. నగరాలు, పట్టణాల్లో అభివృద్ధి ఫలాలు, పెట్టుబడులతోనే గ్రామాలు, గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల సౌభాగ్యం, సంక్షేమం కూడా ముడిపడి ఉంటుందని అన్నారు. పారిశ్రామికంగా అన్ని రంగాలు అభివృద్ధి చెందేలా ఫ్రెండ్లీ పాలసీని అమలు చేసేందుకు ఔత్సాహికులు, పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలు సహకరించాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి కోరారు.
ఈ పాలసీలో భాగంగా తెలంగాణను మూడు క్లస్టర్లుగా విభజించనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. హైదరాబాద్ అవుటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు (ఓఆర్ఆర్) లోపల అర్బన్ క్లస్టర్, ఓఆర్ఆర్ తర్వాత రీజనల్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు వరకు మధ్యలో ఉన్న ప్రాంతం సెమీ అర్బన్ క్లస్టర్ గా, రీజనల్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు తర్వాత చుట్టూరా ఉన్న ప్రాంతాన్ని రూరల్ క్లస్టర్ గా గుర్తించి పరిశ్రమల స్థాపనకు ప్రోత్సాహం అందిస్తామని తెలిపారు.
ఫార్మాసిటీ విషయంలో ప్రభుత్వానికి స్పష్టమైన ఆలోచనలు ఉన్నాయని తెలిపారు. ఫార్మాసిటీగా కాకుండా ఫార్మా విలేజీలను డెవెలప్ చేస్తామన్నారు. ఓఆర్ఆర్ పై 14 రేడియల్ రోడ్లు ఉన్నాయని, వీటికి 12 జాతీయ రహదారుల కనెక్టివిటీ ఉందని.. వీటికి అందుబాటులో ఉండేలా దాదాపు వెయ్యి నుంచి 3 వేల ఎకరాలకో ఫార్మా విలేజీని అభివృద్ధి చేస్తామని అన్నారు. ప్రజల జీవనానికి ఇబ్బంది లేకుండా కాలుష్యం లేకుండా, పరిశ్రమలతో పాటు స్కూల్స్, హాస్పిటల్స్, అన్ని మౌలిక సదుపాయాలుండేలా వీటిని డెవెలప్ చేసే ప్రణాళికలను తమ ప్రభుత్వం రూపొందిస్తుందని అన్నారు.
తెలంగాణలో ఐటీ, ఫార్మా, హెల్త్ తో పాటు ఫుడ్ ప్రాసెసింగ్, స్పోర్ట్స్, ఆటోమొబైల్, ఆర్గానిక్ క్లస్టర్లుగా అక్కడ పరిశ్రమల ఏర్పాటు జరగాలని అన్నారు. రక్షణ రంగం, నావికా రంగానికి అవసరమైన పరికరాల తయారీ, ఉత్పత్తికి హైదరాబాద్ లో అపారమైన అవకాశాలున్నాయని, పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలు వీటిపై దృష్టి కేంద్రీకరించాలని అన్నారు. కొత్తగా సోలార్ పవర్ పాలసీని రూపొందిస్తామని, సోలార్ ఎనర్జీ పరిశ్రమలకు తగిన ప్రోత్సాహకాలు అందిస్తామన్నారు.
ఎన్నికలు, రాజకీయాలు వేరు.. అభివృద్ధి వేరని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. దార్శనికతతో పారదర్శకమైన అభివృద్ధి తమ లక్ష్యంగా ఎంచుకున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం పరిశ్రమల వృద్ధికి సహకరించదని, అపోహాలు అవసరం లేదని, ఎవరికి వారుగా తమకున్న అభిప్రాయాలు ఇతరులపై రుద్దవద్దని హితవు పలికారు. 24 గంటల పాటు తాను ఆఫీసు లేదా క్యాంపు కార్యాలయంలో అందరికీ అందుబాటులో ఉంటానని, తనతో మాట్లాడి నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవాలని పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలను, పెట్టుబడిదారులను ఆహ్వానించారు. తమతోనూ, ప్రభుత్వ ప్రతినిధులు అయిన అధికారులతో మాట్లాడకుండానే తొందరపడి ఒక అభిప్రాయానికో, నిర్ణయానికో రావద్దని అన్నారు.
