A delegation of Godrej Agrovet Company Ltd. met Chief Minister Sri Revanth Reddy on Tuesday. A team led by the company’s Managing Director Sri Balaram Singh Yadav held discussions with Hon’ble CM at the Secretariat. The CM suggested the visiting delegation to explore huge potential in Telangana’s Real Estate, Furniture & Consumer Goods sectors.
The company is already running several businesses in the State. It has its presence in cooking oils, dairy, agri products, veterinary services, agro chemicals, animal fodder areas. The company is ready to set up an integrated oil palm processing unit in collaboration with Malaysia based Sime Darby in Khammam District.
CM Sri Revanth Reddy has assured the visiting team of extending all support for the company to expand the Oil Palm and Dairy businesses further. Hon’ble CM advised the company to promote skill development as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Minister for IT and Industries Sri SridharBabu, Chief Secretary Smt. Santhi Kumari, Principal Secretary IT and Industries Depts. Sri Jayesh Ranjan and other officials were present in the meeting.
