Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy asserted the youth in the Telangana State should be equipped with modern technology to compete with the world. The Chief Minister held a meeting with the representatives of TATA Technologies Ltd. and discussed how to provide modern technology and train the youth to get more employment opportunities. The CM advised the introduction of modern courses in all government ITI colleges.
CM Revanth Reddy said that the government is committed to provide employment opportunities to the youth in Telangana. In accordance with this, the CM suggested to the representatives of the Tata company to introduce the new courses which helps to get instant employment opportunities and also promote entrepreneurship among the youth by setting up their own industries. The outdate courses wasted the valuable time of the youth and replace them with modern courses, the Chief minister said that the government will extend all kinds of cooperation to the company. CM Revanth Reddy welcomed the Tata Technologies decision to provide job oriented industrial skill development training at the cost of Rs 1500 crore to Rs 2,000 crore.
The Tata Company will provide required machinery, equipment and software for the establishment of 4.0 Skilling Centers along with maintenance in the state. The CM appreciated the Tata company for coming forward to provide compatible training to nearly one lakh students who undergo training and get jobs in various industries in the state. The Chief Minister announced the state government will work with Tata company and ordered the officials to provide necessary arrangements for this. Chief Secretary Santhi Kumar has been asked to constitute a committee with top officials to enter an MoU with the company.
CM Revanth Reddy agreed with the Tata company’s readiness to provide training in 4.0 industry based training courses like industrial automation, Robotics manufacturing, advanced CNC machine technicians, EV mechanic, basic designer, virtual verifier etc to the youth in the Government ITI institutions. The Tata company will provide two master trainers in each ITI along with required machines and software to offer 4.0 industry oriented courses. The company will extend training and support in the Government owned ITIs for five years. As part of this, the Tata company will offer 22 new short-term and 5 long-term courses to polytechnic and engineering students aiming to provide employment in the high demanding manufacturing sector with modern technical workshops.
The State Labour and Employment department is already holding consultations with Tata company to finalize the modalities to enter an MoU. The officials informed that 50 government ITIs have already been identified. Labour and Employment Department Special Chief Secretary Rani Kumudini, Principal Secretary to IT and Industries Jayesh Ranjan, Principal Secretary to Education Burra Venkatesham, CMO officials – Seshadri, Shanawaz and Ajith Reddy are present. Tata Technologies Senior Vice President P Kaulgud and Global Head Vice President Sushil Kumar also participated in the meeting.

తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలోని యువత ప్రపంచంతో పోటీ పడేలా ఆధునిక సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానాన్ని అందిపుచ్చుకోవాలని గౌరవ ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఉద్బోధించారు. మరిన్ని ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు పొందేలా యువతను కొత్త సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానంతో తీర్చిదిద్దే అంశంపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి టాటా టెక్నాలజీస్ లిమిటెడ్ ప్రతినిధులతో సమావేశంలో చర్చించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ ITI కాలేజీల్లో ఆధునిక కోర్సులను ప్రవేశపెట్టాలని సీఎం సూచించారు.
తెలంగాణలో యువతకు ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కల్పించేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం కట్టుబడి ఉందని సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అన్నారు. తక్షణ ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు పొందేలా సొంతంగా పరిశ్రమలు స్థాపించడంలో తోడ్పడే కొత్త కోర్సులను ప్రవేశపెట్టాలనీ, యువ పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలను ప్రోత్సహించాలనీ, ముఖ్యమంత్రి టాటా ప్రతినిధులకు సూచించారు. కాలం చెల్లిన కోర్సుల వల్ల యువత విలువైన సమయం వృధా అవుతుందనీ, వాటి స్థానంలో ఆధునిక కోర్సులు ప్రవేశపెట్టాలనీ, ఆ విషయంలో సంస్థకు ప్రభుత్వం అన్ని విధాల సహకారం అందిస్తుందనీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి తెలిపారు. రూ. 1500 కోట్ల నుంచి రూ. 2000 కోట్లతో ఉద్యోగ ఆధారిత పారిశ్రామిక నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి శిక్షణ ఇవ్వాలన్న టాటా టెక్నాలజీస్ నిర్ణయాన్ని సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి స్వాగతించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో మెయింటెనెన్స్‌తో పాటు 4.O స్కిల్లింగ్ సెంటర్‌ల స్థాపనకు అవసరమైన యంత్రాలు, పరికరాలు, సాఫ్ట్‌వేర్‌లను టాటా కంపెనీ సమకూరుస్తుంది. రాష్ట్రంలోని వివిధ పరిశ్రమల్లో శిక్షణ పొందుతూ, ఉద్యోగాలు సంపాదించుకోబోతున్న దాదాపు లక్ష మంది విద్యార్థులకు ఉపకరించే శిక్షణ అందించేందుకు టాటా కంపెనీ ముందుకు రావడం పట్ల సీఎం అభినందనలు తెలిపారు. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం టాటా కంపెనీతో కలిసి పనిచేస్తుందని ప్రకటించిన ముఖ్యమంత్రి అందుకు అవసరమైన ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. కంపెనీతో MoU కుదుర్చుకునేందుకు ఉన్నతాధికారులతో కూడిన ఒక కమిటీని ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి శాంతి కుమారిని కోరారు.
ప్రభుత్వ ITI సంస్థల్లో యువతకు ఇండస్ట్రియల్ ఆటోమేషన్, రోబోటిక్స్, మాన్యుఫాక్చరింగ్, అడ్వాన్స్‌డ్ CNC మెషిన్ టెక్నీషియన్స్, EV మెకానిక్, బేసిక్ డిజైనర్, వర్చ్యువల్ వెరిఫైయర్ వంటి 4.O పరిశ్రమ ఆధారిత శిక్షణా కోర్సుల్లో శిక్షణ ఇచ్చేందుకు టాటా కంపెనీ సంసిద్ధత వ్యక్తం చేయడం పట్ల సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి హర్షం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. కంపెనీ ఐదేళ్లపాటు ప్రభుత్వ యాజమాన్యంలోని ITI లకు శిక్షణ మరియు సహకారం అందిస్తుంది. ఇందులో భాగంగా టాటా కంపెనీ అధిక డిమాండ్ ఉన్న మాన్యుఫాక్చరింగ్ సెక్టార్‌లో ఉపాధి కల్పించే లక్ష్యంతో పాలిటెక్నిక్ మరియు ఇంజనీరింగ్ విద్యార్థులకు అధునాతన వర్క్‌షాప్‌లతో 22 కొత్త స్వల్పకాలిక మరియు 5 దీర్ఘకాలిక కోర్సులను అందిస్తుంది.
రాష్ట్ర కార్మిక, ఉపాధి కల్పన శాఖ ఇప్పటికే టాటా కంపెనీతో MoU కుదుర్చుకోవడానికి సంబంధించిన విధి విధానాలు ఖరారు చేసేందుకు సంప్రదింపులు జరుపుతోంది. ఇప్పటికే 50 ప్రభుత్వ ITI లను గుర్తించినట్లు అధికారులు తెలిపారు. కార్మిక, ఉపాధి కల్పన శాఖ ప్రత్యేక ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి రాణి కుముదిని, ఐటీ, పరిశ్రమల శాఖ ముఖ్య కార్యదర్శి బుర్రా వెంకటేశం, సిఎంవో అధికారులు శేషాద్రి, షానవాజ్, అజిత్ రెడ్డి తదితరులు సమావేశంలో పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో టాటా టెక్నాలజీస్ సీనియర్ వైస్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ పి. కౌల్‌గుడ్, గ్లోబల్ హెడ్ వైస్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ సుశీల్ కుమార్ పాల్గొన్నారు.
